Cool, very interesting. The apartment is mostly well designed, aside from the sad looking bedroom - had I rented it, I would have placed a sofa-bed in the living room and sleep there, while using the intended "bedroom" merely for storage of stuff and as a dressing room, or such.

All in all, very nice. It is also very good, of course, how everything = shops, Cafés(?)... - is right underneath, so that there's no need to walk, or travel, far at the cold days of Winter...
