Ever Planning to Visit Uzbekistan??? Then, for Your Own Sake, FIRST READ THIS!!

What I just wrote, to the bloody lying BASTARDS from "moneygram", who claim that receiving money via "moneygram" in Uzbekistan is "easy and fast"...

Exactly one week ago, my Mother had sent me $400 from israel to uzbekistan. ONLY YESTERDAY WAS I ALLOWED TO GET IT - AND EVEN THAT, AFTER PRESSURING AND SCREAMING!!

As, according to the SICK uzbek bureaucracy, in order to be able to receive money sent to him, the foreigner must first obtain something called "pinfl", given at a dour government office, by an ignorant clerk who can ONLY speak uzbek, and requires you to:

A - wait in line for over an hour

B - fill an invasive interrogatory form

C - HAVE YOUR FINGER PRINTS TAKEN, LIKE THE LOWLIEST CRIMINAL

D - have your photo taken

E - wait for another day, or two

F - come AGAIN to that dour government building

G - PAY THE BASTARDS, in order to FINALLY receive that ID number

H - ONLY THEN go to a bank

I - wait in line for TWO WHOLE HOURS!!

J - being told, that receiving your money, which was sent to you, shall take ANOTHER 5 TO 14(!!) DAYS!!

K - scream and yell and make a MASSIVE scene

L - being given a VERY invasive interrogatory form to fill

M - being kicked to fill it somewhere outside, as THE SACRED LUNCH HOUR has arrived!!

N - after AN HOUR: being admitted back inside

O - waiting for the clerk to type everything you wrote, and to photocopy your passport and pinfl-document at least two or three times

P - being given maybe SEVEN DIFFERENT RUSSIAN, OR UZBEK LANGUAGE DOCUMENTS TO SIGN

Q - being sent to FINALLY get your money... MAYBE!!

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! "fast", OR "easy", about all that CRAPPY system!!

So FUCKING STOP LYING!!!!!!!!!!

Uzbekistan has some of the Loveliest people I've ever met (but be warned: not only is it a land with mortifyingly bad walking infrastructure for pedestrians in all its towns, but it is also THE most carnist country I've ever been to, with bbq-restaurants every few meters, all sending their death-roasting smoke into the air, and where there's practically no Vegan food anywhere to be had). However, as long as their SICK bureaucracy is in place, y'All shall do yourselves a huge favour, by staying as far away as possible from it. For Your Own Peace of Mind and Mental Health.
