Just HOW UTTERLY ROTTEN can a nation's government be, that spends FUCKING BILLIONS upon arming itself with machines meant to slaughter other human beings, whose sole "crime" is having been born on a different soil, yet refuses to spend several dozebs of thousands upon SAVING A CHILD'S LIFE, and informs the child's shocked Family: "raise the money yourselves somehow - or your child shall die".

Had the USSR won the cold war, and the entire World would have properly been unified under One Socialist Government in Moscow, such corrupt and sick phenomena would never have existed. We might not have had democracy-shmemocracy, however all the essentially necessary aspects of Life would ALWAYS have properly been taken care of, for absolutely EVERYBODY, ALL AROUND THE WORLD.
