I once calculated it and realized, that, in a speed that could bring us to Mars within the same day, and to Pluto within about three weeks: 1% of the speed of light, it shall still take us more than four centuries to reach said closest neighbours to us from the Centaury system.
Hence, to feasably cross interstellar distances, we shall have to discover some other means of propulsion = warp, or space jump via the 5th Dimension, something like this.
