Tofu and Flax inhibit Iron absorbtion, so they cannot be considered to be sources of Iron. And, of course, Calcium and Iron are not Friends. So, they must be sepatated, by at least two hours. Same thing with Coffee and Tea (and, according to some sources: also Turmeric; could not find any definite answer to the Question if that one though🤷🏻♂️) - so I, for one, just simply consider all Foods to be incompatible with Iron, and thus take my Iron supplement (which does also contain C, B9 and B12) at least two hours after and before just about anything else.
And, by the way: Taĥini might be a Great source for Calcium (and does contain a bit of Iron, yes, but the Calcium amounts there are more than ten times as much, so...🤷🏻♂️😃).
And Peanut Butter with Tomato slices Sémvič is the BEST Sémvič.😃
