About the Kinds of Coffee Found in Cafés

Interestingly, Cortado is pretty rare in israel - it exists, but not nearly as popular, as Cappuccino and espresso are.
By the way, when I had still lived in israel, I'd never even heard of Flat White. But here in Belarus, however, or in Russia, it is literally at every corner. I like it, but Latté is my most favourite (and I like them BIG 😃).
By the way, talking about Russia: in many places there, so I heard, there's supposed to be a very glorious and generously decorated kind of Coffee (Latté?) called "Authors' Coffee", but I've never got to see that.
