These last few days I've had a flu, so I've felt very depleated. 🤒
I usually start my morning with scrolling through Porn (single "life" 😢).
I normally drink two cups of Coffee a day: the first in the Morning, at Breakfast (about 7 am), the second in the Afternoon (around 4 pm, at Brillig).
Having a Štùnde (an Afternoon nap, normally between 2 to 4 pm) is an integral part of every civilized person's Life. All of you americans should learn a proper lesson from the Europeans in that respect (as well as in LOTS of others!! 😃).
"multitasking" is a sign of fucking mental illness, so I am totally with You there.

Personally, I eat my Croissant / Блины / Сырникы / Cookie at the end of a savory Breakfast, so that they do not consist the main element there.
After eating, the body needs rest, in order to digest in Peace. Half-an-hour lying down is ideal. Then walk.
