Interestingly, from what I've noticed both in actual strolls I've taken in various countries, and from a wide variety of YouTube vids, practically all post-soviet neighbourhoods, look exactly the same... defined by one single plan, probably created at the central office of the party in Moscow, at the high times of the u.s.s.r....
