And My Comment:
So low!! Well, I guess for Russian salary it's expensive, however - when I had still lived in israel, I would have paid (for example, at the apartment I had lived in between 2019 and 2021):
(As exchange rates varied wildly, I do not try to be precise, but I think the average might have been about 3.6 israeli sheqels = 1 u.s. dollar, more or less.)
Rent = 3,600 sheqels, or about 1,000 dollar.
City tax = 512 sheqels, or about 170 dollar.
The building's committee = 230 sheqels, or about 70 dollars.
Electricity = say 512 sheqels, or 170 dollar.
Water = say 112 sheqels, or 31 dollar.
Gas = say 16 sheqels, or 4.5 dollar.
Landline telephone + Internet = 239 sheqels, or 73 dollar.
Total = about 1,510 ~ 1,520 u.s. dollar, give or take a hundred, or so.
In my last israeli Home, between 2022 and 2023, the rent was much higher, due to the last corrupted jump on its prices, so it was 5,300 sheqels, or 1,750 dollar (again: more or less) for the rent + the city tax, and the water heating was 73 sheqels, or about 20 dollars. The rest was, more or less, about the same, so: about 2,285 u.s. dollars a month.
